If youre playing with more expensive lands, however, you can do some pretty stupid stuff with this card

Its sorcery speed makes it slightly less valuable, but you could do a lot worse

If you dont cast it, put it into your hand. Basically, as long as you use instant speed spells, you can constantly generate value by drawing cards or casting stuff for free, and thats really very hard to beat when youre also messing up everyone elses fun at the same time

There are special rules for replacement effects that replace card draws: 614.11
